Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree on Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering;
• PMI Certificate (obtained at least from 3 years);
• Experience with R&D in Telecommunications Systems;
• Solid experience in technology development of products, in software or hardware, on the telecommunications area;
• Minimum 8 years experience with use of project management methodologies, especially in control deadlines and leads with specific risks;
• Deep theoretical and experimental knowledge of fiber optics and optical fiber devices, involving DWDM, SDH technologies;
• Experience with application engineering;
• Knowledge of optical fiber products and systems used in high capacity transmission;
• Managerial skills as well as hands−on capability;
• Strong leadership;
• Interpersonal skills and ability for team motivating and tutoring;
• Ability to work and interact effectively with technology development group;
• Sense of ownership, commitment and self−motivation;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility to work on multiple tasks⁄activities concurrently;
• Interdisciplinary knowledge and abilities;
• Attention to details and good organizational skills;
• Problem solving skills including strong logical conceptual and analytical thinking;
• Familiarity with selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results;
• Solid educational background from distinguished university;
• Proven professional track record and references.
